Work & Experience
• Assisted guests with Jet Ski Charters where i would launch and retrieve the watercraft. • Trusted with educating the guests on the basic operational techniques and safety procedures. • Wash down, refuel and flushing of the engines at the end of the day.
• Performed all interior duties including laundry, housekeeping, detailing, service and inventory. • Responsible for all deck duties including wash downs, exterior detailing, docking, 2 part teak, polishing stainless steal. • Prepared the vessel for a Boss Trip.
• Assisted with Daily Washdowns, Stainless Steel Polishing, Line and • Fender Handling when leaving port and coming back. • Sole Stewardess Position so in charge of all interior duties such as service, housekeeping and laundry. • Nanny to their kids in which I traveled to and from Switzerland numerous times to look after the kids, fetch and carry them from school and prepare meals for them. This also included laundry and housekeeping duties in their family home. • I was with this vessel since shipyard, I also helped with minimal easy handy work.
• Working in this position in a 5 star tented camp set me up for being confident in the hospitality industry. • My role in the company was of utter importance to make the guest experience one they will never forget. • I would purchase provisions for guests, welcome the guests on arrival, entertain, serve them all meals and attended to any problems they may have had.
• I was trusted with the duty of greeting and welcoming visitors on a daily basis when they arrived at the gym, direct them and show them around the facility, answer the phone and respond to emails and messages. • I was liable for daily cash up, weekly filing and distribution of staff uniforms. • I also participated in instructing group fitness classes.
• Responsible for reporting back to the financial director on a daily basis of the many duties I did of which this included monthly client invoicing, daily follow up calls, petty cash distribution and daily cash up. • I was then involved in the administration department and my duties here included monthly stationary stock takes, fuel slip distribution and also input daily fuel into the system. • This experience in a well known Security Company has set me up to be confident in tight situations and to stay calm and collected.
• My duties and responsibilities included serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. • Obtaining orders, organizing current customers accounts and establishing new ones • Trusted to place stock orders based off inventory levels; prepared and submitted reports such as cash up and work reports on a daily and weekly basis.
