About Candidate

Recently passed my Graduation diploma in international culinary arts from the College of Tourism and Hotel Management. And I have hotel experience as a Commis 3, I did jobs and internships in well organized Companies Hotel. Where I learn about Food cost, Demand receiving, inventory, portion control, and a lot of kitchen terminologies. And For Now, I’m doing a job in Eggspectation Cafe Restaurant as a Commis 2. Which is an International Canadian Brand.

Especially for Breakfast and Al cart. My job is on a griddle ( big hot plate ) for making all the omelets, french toast, pancakes, and savory and sweet crepes. And Im doing also fryer sections for the side orders in which I make salads, fruit cups, and other side orders like fish fry, lyonnaise potatoes, and more and I’m handling all the receiving of vegetables, fruits and groceries, and meat.

And I’m the assistant chef at MITCHELL’S BRAND STUDIO named THE MITCHELL’S TABLE.

I also have a YouTube channel. But for now, I want to apply Abroad and learn more about this industry and explore things and food Because I’m crazy about doing work and cooking in Kitchen … If you have an opportunity please give me one chance ….
