- My name is Tsuma Albert, Am from Kenya and I went school from lower level to college. I have culinary experiences because I have the basic experience I got from college and different working hotels and restaurants abroad. Am really interested to grow myself in the same hospitality industry.
Education
I joined the college fresh from high school, and I got better training from the school, I learned how to handle food preparation, hazards control and also keeping the working are always clean.
Work & Experience
Have been working as a pastry chef and at the same time as hot kitchen helping my fellow chef. There is when I got more experience.
I got an offer with this company as a pastry chef, and after 2 years working with them the saw the hidden interest on me for wanting to learn new things. I was taken to bread talk which is under our company and working as a beker for 3 and 9 months, then I was taken again to Caramel under the same company as a pastry chef. After 1 year and 2 months I was transferred to Nandos where I was trained as a griller till the end of 27 July 2022 when I left the Company.
I joined Cozy restaurant as sterted on top, and am happy with my new role as a manager. This does mean am not cooking, because I like my job I do help my fellow workers.
