Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating and executing business plans, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project execution and to maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sector.
  • Create and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies.
  • Generate leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Planning skills
  • Skills in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
