Responsibilities include: Analyzing access/reimbursement issues and opportunities Providing access/reimbursement education to field teams Coordinating with third parties including hubs on access/reimbursement issues Supporting patient access by addressing reimbursement barriers Minimum qualifications: BS/BA degree At least 5 years' experience in field reimbursement, sales, payer marketing, or related programs Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems Residency within the territory or boundaries Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, buy and bill process, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers Ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes At Syneos Health, we value diversity and encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
