The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in getting our products to customers by accurately picking and packing orders. We provide all necessary on-the-job training; the most important qualifications for this role are a strong commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for every last detail. This role supports the logistics and production departments by performing a variety of duties related to the preparation, creation, and shipment of all company products.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack items for retail and wholesale order fulfillment.
Prepare, package, and label materials securely and accurately for shipment.
Assist with daily operational tasks, including stocking shelves, cleaning work areas, and organizing supplies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with all safety and sanitation standards.
Perform accurate counting and recording of inventory as required.
Communicate operational issues, observations, and suggestions effectively to the supervisory team.
Handle sensitive company information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Attend and participate in required team meetings and training sessions.
Provide support to other farm departments as needed, including but not limited to: screen printing, production, warehousing, gardening, maintenance, and receiving.

Occasional use of warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack.
