Production Operator-1st

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator-1st to join their team. As a Production Operator-1st, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Inspect components, materials, and final products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform and document production processes and cleaning operations as specified in batch records and SOPs.
• Identify and report non-conforming products to maintain quality control.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve production processes.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation.

What's Needed?

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.
