Type: 6 month Contract - Potential Extension and Conversion
Pay: $20-$25/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs for food sanitation roles in remote beef and poultry production plants. This recruiter will work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership, plant managers, and local community organizations to source, screen, and onboard candidates for entry-level sanitation positions in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Prior experience in recruiting
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-Willingness to learn and follow a structured, multi-step hiring process
