Sr. SAP Application Security Consultant - U.S. Citizenship Required CGI is seeking a Sr. SAP Application Security Consultant to support and lead an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project for a large government contract. As the Sr. SAP Application Security Consultant, you will be involved in every stage of the application lifecycle, from design to deployment. Location: Fairfax, VA with a hybrid working model; you will be required to be in a CGI Federal office two days per week. Responsibilities Lead a team of SAP Security Analysts through the project life cycle. Utilize all available tools and applications within the project to provide SAP security solutions following SAP best practices and industry standards. Participate in security solution selection, design and implementation as part of a project team. Develop, maintain and improve a secure SAP environment. Lead all security aspects of system builds, upgrades, patching, client copies, and refreshes. Conduct SAP security workshops with clients and project personnel. Proactively engage the project team and client for project activities including, but not limited to, requirement gathering and status reporting. Develop and provide extensive training and leadership to the client and internal teams. Identify and communicate security issues, risks, and opportunities to facilitate timely resolution. Deliver SAP security solutions, analytics, reports, design TDS / FDS / WRICEF documents and standard operating procedures (SOP). Required Qualifications Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance. Bachelor's degree required Minimum 10 years of experience administering SAP security for SAP Applications. Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader for a major IT program involving multiple teams and/or projects. Experience in SAP landscape security strategy and architecture. Experience in supporting project implementations with SAP solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP BTP and other SAP security tools. Experience in SAP application security implementation methodologies, role-based user authorization and access controls. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, deliverables and project milestones. Hands-on experience in SAP security configuration, user administration, user authorization troubleshooting and role-based security development and maintenance. Deep understanding of user authorization Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts. Preferred qualifications Current SAP Security Certification is desirable. Project experience within the government agencies/public sector is highly desirable. The compensation range for this role in the U.S. is estimated to be between $99,200.00 and $241,600.00.
