Please note: This role requires working a 5-day week, including 1 day over the weekend, to ensure critical 24-hour global support coverage. Working (and On-Call) Shift: Sun-Thurs OR Tues-Sat Key Responsibilities Deep-dive, analyze, mitigate, or resolve technical issues escalated by Amazon Robotics Facilities. Utilize data sources, dashboards, and logs to identify and resolve software/hardware defects, bugs, or inconsistencies. Collaborate with development and software teams to resolve complex issues and develop solutions for customers. Engage with high-severity incidents in Amazon’s Product Fulfillment & Sortation facilities. Manage high-severity calls, troubleshoot, and communicate directly with customers. Coordinate real-time service restoration and act as incident lead when needed. Apply Change Management best practices to create and implement changes within the Amazon Robotics environment. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of software development or technical support experience. Experience scripting in modern programming languages. Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID. Experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
