A Telecommunications Technician at Cedar Point is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the park's telecommunications and cable TV systems to ensure seamless voice and video communications for operations and guests. The role involves working at heights on structures, supporting technical projects, and providing excellent guest service in a dynamic entertainment environment. Must be 18+ and have the ability to climb and work at heights on structures.

• Assist staff and management with telecom and related technical projects.

• Perform installations, maintenance, and changes to all systems integrated with the park voice and video systems.
