The Opportunity:

EF Ultimate Break is looking for a driven, customer-obsessed sales professional to join our high-performing sales team. As a Tour Consultant, you’ll connect with college students and young professionals to match them with life-changing travel experiences. You’ll engage with prospective travelers across text, chat, email, and phone, focusing not just on closing sales but on delivering outstanding customer experiences that turn curiosity into confidence.

You’ll own your pipeline, embrace a fast-paced environment, and continuously refine your strategy to exceed your goals. Core Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed your sales goals - You’ll hit individual and team targets through high-volume, high-quality outreach and consultative selling

  • Engage prospects across channels - You’ll manage a fast-paced mix of texts, chats, calls, and emails, always looking for ways to turn interest into action

  • Qualify, nurture, and convert leads - You’ll build your pipeline from inbound interest and prospecting efforts, and you’ll close bookings through timely, relevant follow-up

  • Take initiative - You’ll test new tactics, bring ideas to the table, and never wait to be told how to improve

  • Embrace feedback and data - You’ll work closely with sales leadership, using insights to level up your performance week over week

  • Represent the customer voice - You’ll champion travelers’ needs and work cross-functionally to ensure their journey is seamless from start to finish

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding goals

  • Strong pipeline management skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)

  • Strategic mindset when it comes to engaging, qualifying, and closing prospective customers

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and a readiness to test new sales approaches

  • Excellent relationship-building skills , both with customers and internal teams

  • Confidence and professionalism in handling tough conversations and customer challenges
