Job Description

The Training Specialist is responsible for the coordination and administration of training programs, ensuring efficient logistics, effective communication, and a high-quality experience for both internal and external customers. This role supports daily operations of the training center, facilitates scheduling and resource planning, and plays a key role in maintaining training documentation and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for customers attending training programs, assisting with scheduling and travel arrangements, addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with instructors, coordinating travel logistics, managing on-site logistics such as hotel and meal arrangements, scheduling and managing training sessions and webinars, maintaining training records in the LMS, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, liaising with vendors and internal teams, managing training-related expenses and purchase orders, overseeing day-to-day training center operations, preparing training materials, maintaining digital signage, and performing other related duties. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience maintaining training records and certifications, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, LMSs), troubleshooting skills, and comfort working with various departments and personnel levels. The position is primarily office-based with some light physical activity.
