As a Foodservice Commercial Leader in LACDM the main priority will be to accelerate the growth and expansion of a large and profitable Foodservice Business in 2 main Regions; CARICAM (Caribbean, Central & South America) / Mexico. Develop a high-performance Team of 10 to deliver short and long-term targets. Responsible for strengthening a Regional commercial strategy and strengthen a recently designed Distributor model to penetrate and expand our Foodservice business in different channels, i.e. HORECA, QSR, Bakery Chains, Retail Bakeries and others. Responsible for establishing and strengthening efficient relationships with Prime Distributors to leverage their capabilities to drive GMI Sales. Responsible to develop a long-term vision and design and deploy a solid Team in support of the strategy.
The established Region is currently positioned for steady, sustainable growth. To maximize results, the Regions need a leader to manage a the strategy and guide our Distributor partners to expand the Distribution of different product categories, Frozen, Dry Mixes, HD Ice Cream and others.
Theroleis responsible for managing a P&L focused on delivering RNS and EBIT targets and responsible to manage a Trade and Marketing Budget.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $124200.00 - $186400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
